Sarah Parkinson
Sarah founded ERS in 2004. She has over 15 years’ experience of conducting research and consultation on behalf of education providers, local authorities, and other public bodies. She has also acted as a consultant to the market research industry.
As an Approved Associate of The Consultation Institute she delivers training on focus groups and questionnaire design.
Tom Parkinson
Tom has extensive experience in the field of social and market research and in the design of group research approaches and techniques for deliberative events.
An experienced teacher, Tom also specialises in the development of online learning resources.
Jack Potter
Jack has spent most of his working life in market and social research and for many years ran his own research agency. A sociologist by training he is an expert in communications research and his book Assessing the Effectiveness of Advertising (Co-authored with Mark Lovell) is a standard work on the subject. He is a former Chairman of the Association of British Market Research Companies and has served on the Council of the Market Research Society.
