'The Employer Voice': Employer views of Higher Education
Employer demand for work based learning is high on the research agenda with a number of key reports recently published at national and local level. However, the majority of research undertaken in this field adopts a quantitative approach, and it can be seen that the ‘employer voice’, particularly in relation to SMEs, is underrepresented in the overall debate. This report seeks to redress the balance.
